We want you to be happy with your Never Sober order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:
Energy Drinks & Consumables: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once these products have left our warehouse, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Merchandise & Non-Consumables: Clothing, accessories, and other non-consumable items may be eligible for exchange or refund if returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue.
All refund and return requests must be submitted to support@neversober.com. Our team will review your request and provide next steps.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Final Sale Items
Limited-edition drops, clearance merchandise, and promotional items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
